Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joyce Ann leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Boyer and Noreen Boyer (Jokerst); and her stepmother Elizabeth Boyer (Michael Phillips). She is survived by: her sons, Steven Francis of Gainesville, GA., Michael Francis (Teresa) of Sacramento, KY. and Rodney Francis (Rebecca) of Fredericktown, MO.; and her brother Warren Lee Boyer of Edmond, OK.. She is also survived by grandchildren, Eighteen (18) great grandchildren and One (1) Great greatgrandchild.
