He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Shoemaker; and his granddaughter Ava Burns. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Shoemaker and Sandy Lane; his wife Rosa Shoemaker; his children, Shane Burns, James Shoemaker (Jenifer), Justin Shoemaker and Sandra Lowder (Stuart); and his sisters, Shauna Fuchs (Carl), Mousie Brawley (Joe) and Sheena Shoemaker. He is also survived by grandchildren, and two (2) great-grandchildren.
