He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Davis and Myrtle Etta Sylvester Davis (Gunnels); and his siblings, Dorothy Horton, Bobby Davis, Violet Oneida Burton, Connie Bostic and Junior Bostic.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Davis; his daughters, Debra Davis and Valerie Hanshew (David); and his siblings, Roger Davis, Pauline Capps and Mildred Diann Stacey. He is also survived by grandchildren, ten (10) great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
