He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Thomas and John Brewington; his sister Barbara Holland; his nephew David Zumwalt; and his aunt Gladys Mahoney.
He is survived by: his niece Kathryn; his nephew-in-law Randy Winberry of Fredericktown; and his cousin Shirley Pruett of Fredericktown.
