He is survived by: his siblings, Eugene Bailes (Betty) of Park Hills, Dave Burgess of Glen Rogers and Tina Vance (Charles) of Glen Rogers; his niece Megan Bailes; and his nephews, Max Tesnow, Kevin Bailes and Brian Vance.
