He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Franklin and Dorothy Miller (DeSpain); and his brother Gary Miller. He is survived by: his wife Dolly Miller (Settle); his children, Bruce Miller (Pam) and Cindy Crawford (Joe); his siblings, Ricky Miller (Lisa), Donald Miller (Carolyn), Mike Miller (Brenda), Shirley Hamilton, Barb Baker (Jerry), Ellen Miller and Judy Berry (Ronnie); and his grandchildren, Conner Crawford and Drew McIntyre.
