George William Looney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George William Looney of Fredericktown, Missouri, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Erastus Otto and Iva Lula Ella Looney (Walker). He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Looney and Christina Fingers (Brian); his brother James Looney; his grandsons, Brian Wayne Fingers (Hayley), Brice William Fingers (Aryah Campbell) and Blaine Wyatt Fingers (Chloe Keller); and his great grandchildren, Burklee Wayne Fingers and Hayzel Maeve Fingers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (115 E College Ave, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Forever Paw's and Claw's.
