He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lerche and Mattie Lerche (Weiss); his wife Linda Lerche (Wilson); his siblings, Otto Lerche, Bobby Lerche and Mildred Rogers; and his nephew David Lerche.
He is survived by: his daughter Melinda Griffin (Dale); and his grandson Wyatt Griffin of Bonne Terre. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
