He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Turnbaugh and Pauline Turnbaugh (East); his father-in-law Robert Keen; and his brothers-in-law, John Heuermann, Dennis Toole and Gary Ward.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Turnbaugh (Keen); his daughters, Lisa Reynolds (Brian) and Sabrina Wagganer; his grandsons, Brian Joe (Brooke), Colton and Keegan Reynolds; his great grandchildren, Karli, Brielle and Brinley Reynolds; his sisters, Sharon Heuermann, Linda Ward, Sue Davidson (Bill), Jennifer Graham (Larry), Sally Toole and Mary Jane Crites (Donald); his mother-in-law Betty Head; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Keen (Rhonda), Danny, Sue Sudmeyer (Fred) and Karen Buhler (Rick).
