She is survived by: her husband Garland Riggs of Fredericktown, Missouri.; her siblings, John Goffin (Judie) of Chelmsford, Marriann Goffin (Richard Gordon) of Danvers and Elaine Moon (Ronald) of Ipswich, Massachusetts; and her stepdaughter Brittany Riggs of Farmington, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryson Funeral Home (312 S Valle St, Pilot Knob, MO 63663).
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial gifts to be made in Donna's memory to the Farmington Pet Adoption Center.
