He is survived by: his wife Janet Gale Johnson; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Wendy Brinkley of Dittmer, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Justin Brinkley and Myranda "Boo" Brinkley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
