Johnson of Bonne Terre and Lana Levart of Fenton; and his grandchildren, Amanda Caldwell (Daniel), Jonathan Mullins (Samantha), Casaundra Potter, Megan Parsley (Christian), Johnna Krueger (Gavin) and Courtney Tinnin. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
