He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hessman and Opal Rouse (Weatherington); his children, Kenneth, Kevin Rouse and Rhonda Sue Crice; and his siblings, Donald Rouse, Anna Mae Tucker and Kathryn Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Rouse (Williams); his daughters, Carrie Revelle, Amanda Rouse and Melissa Rouse; and his great grandchildren, Jillian Crice and Elias Crice.
