He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Elwood Sr. and Myrtle Harley. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Harley-Uelk of Doe Run, Missouri; his stepdaughter April Elliott of Fairdealing, Missouri; his sister Joyce Long of Desoto, Missouri; his grandchildren, Taylor Rushing (Aaron) of Fruitland and Dalton Rice of Arnold, Missouri; and his close friend Frances Murphy of Fredericktown. He is also survived by one great grandchild; two step grandchildren; five step great grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
