He was predeceased by: his parents, John Belken and Anna Belken; his wife Carol Joyce Belken; and his siblings, Oaks Freewill Baptist Church, Phyllis Hunt and Robert Belken.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Belken (Cynthia), Timothy Belken (Mary) and Mark Belken (Mary); his sister Clara Sue Miller (Will); his grandchildren, Jonathon Belken, Daniel Belken, Kristopher Belken (Sarah), Nathaniel Belken, Robert Belken, Marcus Belken (Hannah), Megann Belken, Garrett Belken, Lucas Belken, Dalton Belken, John Paul Belken and Patrick Belken; and his great grandchildren, Isaac Belken and Abner Belken.
