She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard "Poon" and Wilma Pogue (Gray); her brother Lester Pogue; her great grandchild Ava Marie Burns; and her brother-in-law Noah Mills.
She is survived by: her spouse Karol "Smiley" Welker; her siblings, Donnie Pogue (Brenda) of Fredericktown, Roger Pogue (Lorna) of Fredericktown, Bonnie Mills of Festus and Debbie Lindsey (Mike) of Fredericktown; her grandchildren, Lyndsie Welker, Natalie Burns (Shane), Rachael Hicks (Doug) and Bradley Welker; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Leonard, Heidi Welker, Tristyn Sikes, Maci Welker, Addison Burns, Ashlyn Hicks, Autumn Burns, McKynzi Hartleb, Irmalinda Welker, Jaylinn Welker and Connor Welker.
