He is survived by: his wife Vicki Phillips; his son Billy Phillips Jr. (Amy); his sister Susie Smith (Tom); his grandchildren, Ethan Phillips, Corben Phillips, Grady Phillips and Wren Phillips; and his great grandchild Dallen Joe Phillips.
