He was predeceased by: his parents, William John Oser Sr. and Rose Ginter Oser; and his siblings, Joseph, Robert, Bernie, Lawrence, Walter Oser, Wilhelmenia and Anna Marie Oser.
He is survived by: his wife Irene L. Oser; his siblings, Henry Oser of Boonville and Barbara Worley of Pilot Grove; and his children, Bruce Oser (Brenda), Dennis Oser (Therisa), Kevin Oser (Jill Layne), Cindy Wesselman (Tony) and Christy Johnson (William). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandson, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
