He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kenneth and Betty Jean Bledsoe Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Angel Duncan of Franklin; his daughter Joella Duncan (Whitney Segars) of Atlanta, GA; his brother Lonnie Duncan (Heather) of Glasgow; his mother-in-law Donna Henderson of Jefferson City; and his pet Elvis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Franklin High School (412 W Broadway, New Franklin, MO 65274). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Supporting Heroes or Howard County Fire Protection District Station #4.
