Gentry Colvin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gentry Colvin of Franklin, Missouri, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Colvin and Rebecca Colvin (Brown); his children, Jeffrey, Karla and Neil Colvin; his grandson Andrew Colvin; and his sisters, Kathleen Fehling, Mary Dell Craig and Nancy Suttner.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Borges of Mary's Church; his children, Mark Colvin (Nancy), Annette Range, Eric Colvin (Kristi) and Richard Colvin (Georgia); and his grandchildren, Brett Colvin (Lacey), Matt Colvin (Amanda), Sommer Divine (Andrew), Chelsea Litton (Wes), Cameron Range (Courtney), Sara Massie, Claire Finkel (Aaron), Kelsey Grimm (Ben), Taylor Colvin, Ashton Stinson (Ty), Keyanna Colvin and Owen Colvin. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home (112 Market St, Glasgow, MO 65254). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Glasgow FFA Alumni Scholarship Fund.
