She is survived by: her spouse James Elliott August; her children, Robert Porter (Stacy) of O'Fallon, Craig Porter of Gainesville, FL, Kevin Porter (Tommilyn) of O'Fallon and Alyson Efnor (Justin) of Frankford; her brother Joe Hickman of Ferndale, Mich.; her half-sister Sherry Vose-Higgins; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Nelson of Hannibal. She is also survived by grandchildren and was a loving wife, mother and friend.
