He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris and Chancey Runyon Jr.. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Deanna Ehrhardt (Garrett); his sons, Chancey Runyon IV, Joshua Runyon and Wyatt Bird; and his siblings, Gay Slater, Georgia Van Blair and Chuck Slater. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
