She is survived by: her husband Richard Moyers; her children, Wanda J. Kelley, Rhonda Lovelace (Jeff) and Richard L. Moyers II (Summer); and her brothers, Michael and Tad Bates. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
