He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Smith; his daughters, Lisa Fell (Glenn) of Boulder, CO. and Laura Simon of Olathe, KS.; his grandchildren, Aaron, Stephen, Madison and Matthew; and his siblings, David Smith (Susan) of Norfolk, NE., Dan Smith (Lynn) of Counsel Bluff, IA. and Jeanette Louis of Taylor, NE.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
