He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Thoss and Mabel Thoss (Drake); his wife Gerry (May); and his siblings, Wayne Thoss of Kingsville Texas and Wanda Wood of Lenexa Kansas.
He is survived by: his son Reed Thoss; his daughter-in-law Kim; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Natalie.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, Brenham, or Texas A&M-Kingsville.
