It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Potts (Forsyth, Missouri), who passed away on March 16, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sibling Mary Anne Barkofske; and his parents, Patrick J. Potts Sr. and Gretchen G. Potts. He is survived by: his children, Emily Elizabeth, Madalyn Rene and Samuel Thomas Potts; his siblings, Kathleen M., Michael J. Potts and Patrick J. Potts Jr.; his sibling-in-law Frank Barkofske (Mico); and his friend Talah Alem.
