She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Magness Rasmussen and Vivianne Rasmussen; her son Charles Wehr; her daughter-in-law Yvonne; and her grandchildren, Michelle Wehr, David Wehr and Benson Wehr.
The family will be having a private service for her and has asked that in her memory instead of flowers to please make a donation to the Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society, as Ruthie loved animals and always had many beloved cats through her life.
