With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Lynn Stephens of Forsyth, Missouri, born in Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on July 22, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Sylvester Wiegand and Helen Louise Wiegand (Smith); and her brother Robert Wiegand. She is survived by: her children, Robert Edward Stephens II (Natalie) and Courtney Stephens (Danny Porter); her granddaughter Kendall Coffelt of Jefferson City; her sisters, Charlotte Hockman of Arizona and Marie McLane (David) of Arizona; and her sister-in-law Janie Wiegand of Cairo, MO. She is also survived by many in laws and several nieces and nephews.
