He is survived by: his children, Michael Sarver of Springfield, VA, Leslie Sarver (Robin) of Forsyth, Garnet Gouge of La Vista, NE and Colleen Sarver of Bellevue, NE; and his sisters, Donna (Kenneth) of Great Bend, KS and Donita of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
