He is survived by: his wife Dolores Henry of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; his sister Ruthie Wassel; his daughter Cindy; his stepchildren, Tammy Sutton, Lorri Wall and Mike Chilcoat (Mary); and his son-in-law Mark Cunningham. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
