He is survived by: his wife Tina Rogers; his children, Christina Nichols (Sean) of Branson, Sabrina Haskett (Steven Essick) of Ozark and Cory Haskett of Hollister; his sister Judy Johnson (Roger) of Branson; his grandchildren, Bayli, Jordan, Ethan, Macie, Carter, Cooper and Caden; and his friends, Myron Meeks and Tim Johnson.
