It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Whorton of Forsyth, Missouri, born in Kirbyville, Missouri, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lige Whorton and Albertie Whorton (Pleake); his wife Carol Jean "Jeanie" Parton; and his brother Kenneth Whorton. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Whorton (Lori) of Hollister and Mark Whorton (Jessica) of Nixa; and his sister Betty Rosencrans of Hollister. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
