Baxter (Debbie), Daniel W. Baxter (Carol), Angela R. Varvi (John), Douglas J. Baxter (Marian) and Victor A. Baxter (Cindy); and her aunts and uncles, Ronald Baxter (Sherry), Leota Lovelace (Gary), Margaret Knight and Leroy Patterson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
