She is survived by: her children, Debra Woodley of Forsyth, Missouri and Jim McIntosh (Ronda) of Creston, Iowa; her sister Marge Smith of Forsyth, Missouri; her granddaughter Misty Phillips-Woodley (Nicol); her great grandchild Kiersten Anderson; and her great great grandchild Nadia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other caring relatives.
