He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Marler and Effie Hankins; his daughter Janet Marler; his wife Julia Wilson; and his siblings, Mildred Schenk, Troy Lee of Glendale, CD and Quincy (Coke).
He is survived by: his daughter Gina Browne (Mike Flier) of Branson; his sisters, Mae Persinger of Carrollton, MO and Tressie Manley (Ron) of Highlandville; his grandchildren, Ashley Davis (Jake) of Taneyville, Kasey Browne of Branson and Dustin Marler; and his great grandchildren, Trey, Bryce, Aubrey, Paisley and Tymber (Meathead).
