He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Maxwell and Fay Maxwell (Floyd). He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his sons, Steve (Lurlee) and Philip (Brenda); and his granddaughters, Naomi (Stephen) and Sarah. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
