He is survived by: his children, Cecil L. Shawver (Beverly) of Kissee Mills, Missouri, Esther Garrette (John) of Joliet, Illinois and Gregory Shawver (Anna) of Kissee Mills, Missouri. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
