He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Osowski and Anna Osowski (Sudaski); and his siblings, Genevieve, Carroll, Vacen, Chester and Gene.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, David (Linda), Casimir Jr. and Susan (Frank Bauer); and his grandson Noah Osowski.
