He was predeceased by: his parents, John Forrest and Alma Anders (Murphree); and his siblings, Claude A. Anders, James Anders and Rachel Ranson.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Charles (Teresa), Steven (Sherry), Sean Anders, Debbie Jones and Vickie Harville (Danny); and his sisters, Doris Jernigan, Marietta Johnson, Patricia Pettit and Gloria Brown. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
