She was predeceased by: her parents, Pinkney Whisnant and Volena Whisnant (Barber); and her husband Duane LePla. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kulis, Robert Kulis, Lynn Bracy (Steven), Steve Kulis, Kristine Moore (James) and Margaret Roberson; her stepsons, Duane LePla and Kevin LePla; and her brother Charles E. Whisnant. She is also survived by her nineteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
