He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Coleman and Pearl Coleman (Ruth); his wife Katie Clarkson Coleman; his sisters, Mary Guerin and Ina Whaley; and his sons, Paul and Brent Coleman of Texas.
He is survived by: his son Chris Coleman of Baytown; his sister Julia Slocum of Ft. Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, Jessica Pruitt, Deanna, Ryan and Josh Coleman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
