Frazier; his parent Mary Elizabeth Frazier; his children, Tabitha Cerna (Mario) and Tara Dickson (David); his grandchildren, Joaquin Cerna, Julian Cerna and Sophie Dickson; and his sibling Judy Brown (Jim). He is also survived by daughters and grandchildren as well as his wife.
