She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Mertz and Wilma Mertz; and her sister Dianne Mertz-Heitz. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Doerhoff and Bradley Doerhoff (Samantha); her siblings, Ronald Mertz, Jerry Mertz (Kathy), Donna Loy (John), Allen Mertz and Debbie Mertz-Heitz; and her grandchildren, Brianna, Baylee, Aiden, Tarynn and Blake. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
