She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bildner and Nedra Bildner (Bell); her former husband Joseph Anthony Piskulich; her daughter Amy Piskulich; and her siblings, Bob, Jack, Jimmy Bildner and Nancy McRae.
She is survived by: her husband Joe; her son John Piskulich (Kim); her sister Janet Welling (Denny); and her grandchildren, Reese and Mia Piskulich. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Upon Mary's passing, her wish was to provide the ultimate gift to further scientific and medical research by anatomical donation to Washington University in St. Louis.
