He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Petty (Marie) and Gladys Williams (John). He is survived by: his wife Carol Petty of Foristell; his children, Robert Petty (Yukari) of Arlington Heights, IL, Beverly Kunz (Steve) and Kathleen Cruz (William) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Brittany, Taylor Kalbaugh, Christopher and Katherine Kunz; his half-sister Lisa McIntosh of Mt. Juliet, TN; and his stepsister Joyce Hannah of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
