He is survived by: his children, John Holt (Rhonda) of St. Louis City, MO, Steven Holt of St. Charles, MO and Amy Kilz (Tim) of Foristell, MO; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Alex, Carley, Jack and Quinlan.
