She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Coulter and Ina Belle Clinkenbeard (Rudolph Joseph Staples, Jr.); her brothers, Gale E. Coulter and Don R. Coulter; and her sister-in-law Wilma Coulter.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carolyn Coulter; her niece Ann Marie Hafner (Larry) of Olathe, KS; and her nephew Dale Coulter.
