He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffmann and Hilda Hoffmann; and his daughter Donna Hoffmannn. He is survived by: his wife Lois Hoffmann; and his children, Beverly Hoffman (late Earl Sadler), Patti Galebach (Allen), Kenneth Hoffmann, Cheryl Hoffmann and Jennifer Hoffmann.

Memorials may be made in Leo name to the Alzheimer's Association.
