He was predeceased by: his parents, Covie Mae and Ona Mae; and his son David Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Clark; his son Gary (Karen); his grandchildren, Adam Riggs (Shannon), Alex Riggs (Courtney), Andrew Riggs (Erin) and Allison Riggs; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Sawyer, Brayden, Hudson, Parker and Porter. He is also survived by other relatives and close family friends.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (510 E Main St, Warrenton, MO 63383).
