He is survived by: his wife Charlene Hamilton (Terbrock); his children, Jenny Botkin (Jason), Jared Hamilton, Megan and Kayla Botkin; his parents, Lou Koenig (Hamilton) of O'Fallon, MO and Jake Hamilton of Rocky Mount, MO; and his brothers, Jerry Hamilton (Jane) of Buckeye, AZ and Mike Hamilton (Jeanette) of Wentzville, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
